This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home. Half for you and half for me.. Shared kitchen and laundry.
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, let's use them to describe your new home.
PIC 2 is the floor plan, my half is not shown. Up 3 steps to your private entrance into the laundry room. PIC 3 Washer and dryer are in good working condition. PIC 4 &5 Kitchen day and night. Fridge, stove, and microwave all work great. PIC 6 is your ensuite bathroom, showing window, sink, shower, mirror shows toilet.
I am in the process of making your new spot ready for Nov 15 More PIC's to come as cleanout is completed.
PIC 7 &8 is the outdoor kitchen, featuring a Blackstone Griddle, and a couple gas grills. PIC 9, 10, & 11 fire pit area. The rest of the PIC'S are some of my hobby's such as baking bread, canning vegtables, and cooking.
T-Bone and I both smoke cigarettes but the smell of weed makes us sick. T-Bone has requested no more pets policy.
The H.O.A. has a background check, and will decline for violence and property crime.
