I'm relocating to the city for work and I'm in need of an apartment. I'm looking to stay ITP and ideally within 10-15 miles of Midtown. I also have a cat. I’d love to rent directly from a private landlord or a smaller management company but I'm open to other options as well. I'm hoping to move in the first week of October or around that time!
