Seeking reliable, experienced handyman/carpenter/small contractor with strong carpenter skills and ability to solve problems. We expect 15-18 hrs per month over average to maintain our home but more hours in the beginning. Prefer amicable, relaxed, easy-going personality individuals.
Need to assemble a DYI 10' x 10' shed, replace all or most of the decking boards, build a 3-season room under the deck, painting if interested.
