Prepare dinner Monday thru Friday for 5 residents (priests and religious brothers) of Catholic friary, including food shopping, food prep, cleanup of prep and cooking items, and tidying kitchen after cooking. Work with residents to develop menus tailored to residents' dietary restrictions and food preferences. Track food inventory and maintain shopping list. Hours 2:30-5:30pm or as needed to prepare dinner each night. Will be supervised by house manager and paid weekly. Please specify all relevant experience, including locations and length of time. At least one year of cooking experience required, does not need to have been in professional setting.
