Great established community , 100 walk score, transport, entertainment, restaurants, shopping , community centers, Olympic Village /Granville Island/downtown Vancouver, theaters, breweries, marinas, parks , all within minutes walk. Close to most everything, yet its still peaceful with greenery and nature ... It doesn't get much better than this.

Property has Pool, sauna, gym, party room, bike storage , No smoking of any substance etc, no dogs (cat considered) ... month to month. reduced for short term 6 months to a year stay. There might be long term stay available not sure yet.
