This is the first floor of our house at grade. It is not a basement suite. It is completely above ground with normal 8 foot ceilings.
My family of three adults lives upstairs.

There are great closets and windows. Both bathrooms have tubs and rain shower heads.
The entrance is in the back garden. There is covered patio space and the rest of the backyard is shared with us.
There is one parking space in the driveway.

Two blocks to #3 Main St bus downtown.
