My family and I are looking for our "Forever" home. I am not buying to flip for a profit.
The house pictured is most likely out of our budget.
Here is what we are looking for:
2000+ sq ft
3+ bedrooms
2+ bathrooms
1/2 acre lot
2+ car attached garage
20 minute radius of downtown Rathdrum.
Ideally there is a heated shop or DADU w/shop in place, 1500 sq ft or larger.
Would love to have a basement.
