I am a published non-fiction author with over 20 years' experience in the publishing industry. Experienced in textbook and trade book editing and proofreading in STEM subjects and humanities (including art, history, literature, and religion.) My credits include feature writing and picture editing for the Times of London and photo features in Discover, Science Digest, and the Atlantic. Most recently I have been assisting professionals in using AI for writing fact-checked and non-artificial exposition.

I have a BS from MIT and an MFA from the University of Texas at Austin.
