Searching for a workshop with possible living space. I am able to rehab/build out and have experience with unconventional living spaces.
Open to any possibilities- unused retail space, carriage home, warehouse, garage. I only need a concrete floor, a garage door would be a bonus. There would be some noise from wood shop machines.
I am hoping to find a place in the West End, South Side, Duquesne Heights, Mt Oliver, Brookline, Hays, Homestead areas. I will be looking to move in April/May 2027, would also be interested in using it as just storage space until then.
