Working senior 65 plus needs a large 2nd fl. bedroom . . And ideally would need some storage space
for hand tools used on my job. I work a 40 hr week .
I have arthritis & and have been living on ground floors or basements since 2019 . I can pay up to $1,100 per month for a 12' X 18'
large room.
Or two smaller rooms might work. I am clean , quiet , guy who rarely has visitors . Prefer a detached house with assured parking .
As I do not want to rely on guest stall parking . Use of a kitchen would be nice , as I don't need reminders to clean up. Or bathrooms.
I have a stabel rental history in Fairfax county. I like where I now live & my housemates . But the A.C. is to cold for my arthritis.
Would need this room for December 1st. With a 1 year lease .
