Hi! I’m a full-time working professional and mother seeking a clean, well-maintained studio or 1-bedroom apartment for myself and my young daughter.
I’m primarily looking in North Bronx and Upper Manhattan, including Woodlawn, Kingsbridge, Riverdale, Fieldston, Norwood, Pelham Parkway, and surrounding areas, with convenient access to Metro-North or other reliable public transportation. I commute to Grand Central and need a location that works well for my daughter’s school as well.
Looking for:
Studio or 1-bedroom
Rent ideally $2,300 or less
No-fee preferred
Clean, well-maintained building
Good transportation access
Long-term rental
Move-in around September
Elevator preferred, but not required
I have stable, full-time employment and can provide employment verification, income documentation, rental payment history, and other documentation required for a legitimate rental application.
For everyone's safety, I will only consider rentals where the owner, property manager, or authorized agent can be verified and where lease terms, fees, and total move-in costs are provided in writing.
I’m serious about finding a home and can view apartments this evening or anytime Saturday, and I can accommodate other reasonable viewing times with advance notice.
