Working professional looking for unit to rent near transit

I (42M) work as a systems admin for a community college in South King County. I'm looking for a 1BR or 2BR apartment or MIL unit that's reasonably close to the light rail system. I'm single, no pets. My target cities/neighborhoods are Seattle, Shoreline, Mercer Island, or South Bellevue.
A few reqirements:
- Rent under $2600 (I might be willing to go beyond this for a really good fit)
- At a minimum, off-street parking.
- Non-furnished unit
- Minimum 650 sq. ft.
I have good credit and can provide housing/character references.
