Working professional looking for unit to rent near light rail

I work as a systems admin for a community college. I'm in my early 40s, male, single, quiet, no pets. Currently living with a family member in Mountlake Terrace, looking for something near the light rail - as far north as Northgate, as far south as Columbia City. I would also consider Mercer Island, South Bellevue, or somewhere else that's slightly outside those parameters but near transit.
I have good credit and can provide references from previous landlords. My target move date is October 1, but I'm flexible.
