Working professional female seeking female roommate (Muskegon)

Rent, bills and student loans have just become a lot and I’d like to be saving more each month so I’m looking to find a roommate to lower costs.
Ideally, I’d love to find someone who I could also be friends with and do things with!
About me: I work in healthcare, 40 hours a week out of the home. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. A 6 year old goldendoodle and 1 year old doodle mix. So a potential roommate would obviously need to like animals. (I understand this isn’t everyone’s thing) I am open to the idea of a potential roommate also having a pet so as long as all of the fur babes can get along that works for me! I take good care of my pets; they are healthy (spayed/neutered, on flea/tick preventative) cleaned up after, ect.
I’m pretty easy going. I like a clean space but I’m not a clean freak. I’m looking for a relaxed living environment where me and my roommate can feel at home and respected by each other. I like being active, watching movies, cooking.
Logistically I’d like to rent a house with at least 2 bedrooms (more than 2 beds could be cool for storage and whatnot) and 2 bathrooms. Something I really want is a fenced in yard for the pups as my current place has that and it’s so convenient. I am open to different areas of Muskegon, especially for the right house.
I don’t have a specific budget in mind but I’m hoping to not spend more than a $1,000 for my portion of rent and would like to split utilities.
