My company is bringing septic installation in-house and looking for one experienced, licensed installer to lead the build-out of a new install team from scratch.
This is a foreman/operator combo role — you're not just running a machine, you're managing one or more active job sites and eventually training a crew under you.

*What we require (non-negotiable):*
- Current Massachusetts septic installer's license in multiple towns and ability to get licensed in new towns
- Proven experience managing more than one active install simultaneously
- Hands-on experience operating both excavators and front loaders
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Massachusetts, with some travel into NH and NY
- Ability to train and mentor new team members as we build out the crew
