Free folding twin bed frame on wheels (Worcester, Tatnuck area)

You put a mattress pad (twin size I guess?) on this that is thin enough to fold in half and you have a spare bed that folds up and is on wheels. The mattress I threw out because it was super old was basically a 4"-6" thick foam pad, not a full thickness mattress.

Or take it for scrap.
