We are looking for experienced scaffolders to join our team and work on commercial, industrial, and construction projects throughout New England.
We are looking for dependable, safety-minded professionals who take pride in their work and have the experience to build, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Erect, modify, and dismantle various types of scaffolding systems.
• Read and understand scaffold plans, layouts, and job-site requirements.
• Safely handle scaffold materials, tools, and equipment.
• Install and maintain platforms, guardrails, ladders, braces, and access systems.
• Inspect completed scaffold installations and identify potential hazards.
• Work safely at heights and follow all OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Work effectively with foremen, project managers, and other trades.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Train and assist less-experienced scaffolders when needed.
• Follow project schedules while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional scaffolding experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry scaffold materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety.
• OSHA/scaffold certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel throughout New England as required.
