I am looking for a roommate in a shared 1st floor apartment on the Woonsocket/Smithfield line. One unfurnished bedroom is for rent in a two bedroom apartment. There is a large shared kitchen/living room and a shared bathroom. I am a female and I am looking for a single female roommate only.

The apartment is partially furnished.

There is laminate flooring in the bedroom with a closet. There is a shared hall closet as well. The kitchen is large with lots of cabinet space. There is also a large back porch.

The landlady requests NO smoking, drugs or pets . There is shared off-street parking.

In addition to rent ($800 per month), there are shared utilities (1/2 electric, 1/2 heat) as well as 1/2 wifi. The heat is baseboard gas heat.

There is no laundry on the premises; there a laundromat 1/2 mile down the street.
