1975 Cape Dory 25 with 2024 new North Sails, new Selden Furler, new Harken running rigging. Recent topside decks painted, new cabin windows, all running & interior lights upgraded, new DC panel, automatic bilge pump, brand new portable head never used, new 2024 hank-on Jib, 6 HP Mercury long shaft outboard. Decks, cockpit are sound, no soft spots and no moisture detected with moisture meter. Boat is in very good condition and located in Cambridge, MD.
