Office space is available in a newly refurbished commercial building in the heart of Woodburn.
We have three offices available for lease. All offices have a window and access to a shared waiting room, conference room, and two bathrooms. Lease one office.
These offices are located on the second floor in the Restore Building, "Habitat for Humanity on Young Street.
There is room for your business sign on the exterior of the building (8'-30", roughly). All offices can use the waiting room and have access to the conference by scheduled appointment. Square footage and layout vary slightly between offices.
Each office costs $350 per month, plus an additional $50 in utility fees.
