Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
- Manage schedules and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform hands-on carpentry and construction work as needed.
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience.
- Previous leadership or foreman experience required.
- Strong carpentry skills and construction knowledge.
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
