Enjoy authentic log-cabin character with a Lancaster Sierra park-model cabin. Two units are available in Ely, Minnesota, priced at $68,000 each. Each offers approximately 400 square feet of interior space, a loft, and an extended screened-in porch—an inviting setting for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and relaxing after a day at the lake.
Built with solid 4-by-6-inch kiln-dried Eastern white pine logs, these cabins feature a forest-green metal roof, insulated roof and floor, double-pane sliding windows, an instantaneous propane water heater, and a heavy-duty steel trailer frame. The sales sheet identifies RVIA certification and compliance with the ANSI A119.5 park-model recreational trailer standard.
Purchase one for your seasonal retreat or inquire about both for a campground or recreational property. Placement and intended use are subject to destination requirements.
Seller will coordinate and cover transport within 50 miles of the Ely pickup location, subject to suitable access and an agreed delivery scope. Site preparation, leveling, utility connections, and other setup work should be addressed separately in the purchase agreement. Land or a campground site is not included.
