Winter sublet wanted for 38 y/o environmental professional

I am a 38 year old male and Santa Barbara native looking for a furnished sublet near downtown SB. I live part of the year in Oregon and this winter I am looking for a sublet from October/November to February/March, dates are fairly flexible. I would prefer a 1BR or studio, but I am definitely open to the right shared house as well. I am quiet, clean, and organized. I work from home (environmental science) and spend my afternoons and evenings trail running, surfing, going to live music friends, beach volleyball, and free diving. I don't watch much television and I like cooking healthy and simple meals at home.
