Winter Property Caretaker available now (Maple Rapids)

Are you a Michigan snowbird spending the winter in Florida or somewhere warmer? Do you need someone dependable to stay on your property and keep an eye on things while you're away?
I'm looking for a seasonal arrangement anywhere in Michigan, available immediately through spring 2027.
What I'm looking for:
- A furnished, separate living space on your property, such as a guesthouse, cottage, small apartment, or in-law suite.
- A place where my 25-pound American Eskimo, Loki, is welcome.
- Ideally, housing in exchange for light caretaking duties, with utilities included.
- A stay through the winter, with dates and expectations agreed upon in advance.
What I can offer:
- A responsible person living on-site while you're away.
- Regular checks of your property and home.
- Keeping an eye out for problems, bringing in mail, and notifying you if anything needs attention.
- Clear communication and updates while you're gone.
I'm interested in a straightforward, mutually beneficial arrangement that gives you peace of mind and gives me a stable place to stay for the winter.
