If you aren't seriously looking for work, don't have your own phone, messaging from someone else's email account, or cannot provide your availability, skills, experience, rate, etc, please waste someone else's time -- not mine. There's people who want to work and people who are just spinning wheels to make it seem like they're trying to find work.
July and August are peak rental transition months. I am currently overwhelmed. If you have the appropriate skills, message me your exact availability (days and hours), skills/experience, and an hourly rate. I am flexible as long as the block is practical (no two-hour shifts). All work is hourly. You must be adaptable and able to pivot when urgent tasks arise. No flat-rate or per-project structures. Rates depend strictly on experience. If you're operating your own business, I'm not interested.
Work options:
• Property clean-outs: Dealing with tenant damage and heavy debris.
• Landscaping: Zero-turn mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizer and insecticide application, string trimmer proficiency, and ZTR belt maintenance knowledge.
• Exterior cleaning and pools: Pressure washing, wall and floor brushing, and filter maintenance.
• Maintenance and repairs: Drywall patching, outlet and switch replacement, lighting fixtures, and general fix-it lists.
• Renovation: Vanity and toilet replacement, requiring multi-skilled experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tile.
Requirements for everyone:
• Ladder use: Must be able to safely use a three-step short ladder. Total weight limit including you, tools, and materials is 250 lbs.
• Professional conduct: Work will occasionally occur in occupied properties. You must be presentable, respectful, and non-discriminatory.
• Restrictions: Non-smokers only.
Show up, work efficiently, and get paid the same day. Can't make it any easier or simpler.
