I am not a permit runner or permit expediter.
I work with serious contractors, builders, investors, flippers, and owners who already have a project in motion but need a licensed GC to legally take responsibility for the construction process.
My role is not just to “pull a permit.”
I act as the licensed General Contractor for the project and stay involved through:

• City/county coordination
• Inspection process
• Construction compliance
• Final approval / CO
• Permit closure
You keep your trades and manage the day-to-day work, but the project must be done properly, with licensed/insured subcontractors when required, and in accordance with approved plans and code.
