As a tree climber, you are vitally important to our team. We count on you to safely care for client’s trees using a rope and saddle to get into the tree and prune for safety, beauty and health. If you're a skilled climber who takes pride in speed, precision, and safety — we want to talk to you! In addition to tree climbing skills, you will have plenty of room for advancement like; training for crew leader, safety training, become a certified arborist, and more! With every advanced skill you make more money. The sky’s the limit at Treasure Coast Trees- you decide how far you want to take your career!

Qualifications-
- Minimum of 2 years tree climbing experience following industry safety and quality
standards.
- Demonstration of your roping and rigging knowledge, pruning techniques, and tree
removal skills.
- Have a Valid Driver License (CDL a plus)
- Be drug free
- Willingness to help train and mentor less experienced crew members
- A positive attitude!
Pay & Incentive Packages- We built these to reward climbers who show up, perform, and stay!
*Sign-On Bonus*
$150 after 30 days $250 after 90 days $600 after 6 months
Production Bonus-
Earn extra on top of base pay for high-output days. If quota is exceeded the employees will be paid between 25% of overages divided amongst the team. Overage = Dollar amount over quota.
