Plug end that mounts to deck has about 2ft of wire. The rest from plug end to motor is o.e.m.
depends on your battery placement if want to extend the leads to your battery
My battery placement for this motor was in the front of my deck boat as well as for other electronics. Had back battery for transom mount motor & depth finder

I bought it back in 2012 or 13 used from someone. Back then our son loved fishing local ponds & lakes. Not so much anymore. Soon to be driving & college. So selling off bunch of stuff i no longer use. Obviously been hanging on to it for a while. But dont think boat has seen the water since 2015. Maybe was last time it was used. Also forsale and posted.
