Draw-tite brand #75116 Bolt on type 5k weight limit no slide in and ball included. Can be rewelded to fit others too. Included is a wiring harness. Bolt pattern 42" across x 5" apart on right side and left side is 5" apart with the the third bolt hole 7" apart. Drop-down is about 9 1/2 " from frame and just above the the receiver.
