We are looking for a dependable, motivated Landscape Leader to join our apartment community team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the property grounds.
Responsibilities
* Manage and perform daily landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
* Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees and landscaped areas
* Pruning and trimming bushes and trees as needed
* Weed control, mulching and seasonal property cleanups
* Leaf and debris removal
* Monitor landscaping throughout the community and identify areas needing attention
* Maintain curb appeal around buildings, entrances, sidewalks and common areas
* Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements
* Properly operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
* Keep landscaping materials and work areas organized
* Work independently while prioritizing tasks throughout the property
Qualifications
* Landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
* Ability to operate common landscaping equipment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Dependable and able to work independently
* Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
* Good time-management and organizational skills
We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the property’s landscaping and curb appeal and consistently keep the community looking clean, attractive and well maintained.
