Private/Quiet space with enclosed patio and your own private garden. We have an organic herb and veggie garden that tenants are welcome to share in and participate in when in season, choosing fresh foods to add to their table. There is an outdoor fire pit area, ideal for star gazing. Our dedication to preserving nature is reflected in our certification as a Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation since 2007. Gardens will be upkept by us.
We are looking for the perfect fit for this space. It tends to be ideal for one person since living space is cozy. The property is a very quiet place, the grounds maintained, no barbequing or candles in use onsite as the property is over 100 years old and irreplaceable. Owner lives on the property and is very involved in maintenance and upkeep.
Utilities not included which isn't much because it is a Tiny Home. Water is paid.
The entire property is smoke-free.
No pets of any sort are allowed.
