I’m looking for someone who may be willing to help me finance a reliable vehicle.
I want to be completely upfront: my credit isn’t good because of mistakes and difficult circumstances in my past, including periods when I struggled to find steady employment. I’m not proud of that part of my history, but I also don’t want my past to define where I am today.
I now work for the United States Postal Service and have a steady job and dependable income. I’m working hard to rebuild my credit and get my finances headed in the right direction.
I’m not asking for a handout or for someone to simply give me a vehicle. I’m asking for someone who is willing to give me an opportunity to prove that I can make my payments and be responsible for the commitment.
I understand that my credit history makes traditional financing difficult, and I’m hoping there may be an individual out there who would be willing to work with me on a fair financing arrangement. I’m willing to provide proof of employment and income and put everything in writing so that both sides are protected.
If you’re someone who finances vehicles privately or knows someone who might be willing to consider my situation, I would genuinely appreciate hearing from you.
