This amazing and rare tree is never found for sale in local garden centers, due to the difficulty in propagating it. You may find it online from rare specialty grower, but you’ll pay more than mine for a 1 gallon starter plant.
Mine are in 5 gallon pots and about 3 feet tall and fully rooted. This unique tree has one of the most beautiful and interesting flowers of any tree! It’s called the Dove Tree and also the Hankerchief tree. The tree has glossy leaves and forms a beautiful broad conical shape.
If you collect trees and or looking for some unique species for the garden- here you go.
