Seeking a part-time Assistant Property Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring a safe and well-kept environment for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine basic maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds to include cleanup and minor landscaping duties.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnovers.
Potential availability for on-call or after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
General maintenance knowledge: Understanding of basic repairs and maintenance procedures for building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (vehicle must be fully insured).
Benefits:
- 20 +/- hours per week (flexible work hours)
- Competitive salary- $17 to $23 /hour based on qualifications and experience.
