Upon hire:
We do a 2-week trial, at 11$ per hour. This is to see if the candidate can handle the fast-paced job. After the 2 weeks we will evaluate the candidate to see if they meet the requirements for 17$/hour.
This part is not an option.
After the host has worked for 3-5 months they can be considered for the coveted server position here at Genki Sushi.
