We’re looking for an experienced and dependable line cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at a busy, well-established Japanese restaurant and Sushi bar
Specific hours needed to fill:
All Lunches 9:30am- 2pm Tuesday-Saturday
2 dinner shifts:
Saturday and Sunday Dinner 4:-10pm

What we’re looking for:
• At least 5 years of kitchen or line cook experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Team player who can handle a busy service calmly and efficiently
• Weekend and evening availability required
Responsibilities include:
• Before-shift prep ingredients and setting up stations
• Cooking dishes to recipe and quality standards
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with prep and closing duties
