- Purchased at Knotting Hill Interiors in Myrtle Beach, South Caolina for $600
- Colored lithograph is entitled "Maison de Campagne á Wondelgem" and features the original blueprint for an old country estate in the Wondelgem region of Belgium
- The visible portion of the print itself measures 11" wide x 17" tall
- Quadruple matted under glass inside a gorgeous black and gold wood frame measuring 28" wide x 34" tall x 2" deep that itself features a gold scroll accent interior trim
- Both lithograph and frame are in excellent condition, with no significant imperfections, but rather wear indicative of normal age and use
