Offering for sale this beautiful vintage circa 1950s glazed pink ceramic two-handled kimono-opening urn-style mantle ewer vase. The vase features a green cartouche teaming with robust, textured flowers on either side, as well as gold/gilt moriage leaf and vine accents throughout. The use of enamel and textures around the kimono-opening of the vase is especially beautiful, as it has a cloisonne look and feel.

The vase measures 15" tall x 11" wide x 9" deep and weighs 7 pounds 14 ounces. It's in excellent vintage condition, with no significant or noteworthy imperfections such as chips or cracks, but rather some crazing and oxidation indicative of normal age and use. While there are no makers marks, this vase is clearly the product of a true artisan.
