The bakery is responsible for baking all the bread that is served in the restaurant in addition to the bakery.
We bake in a hearth oven. Sourdough, white bread, wheat bread, artisan bread, rolls, buns etc.
We participate in farmer's markets during the summer season. We are looking for a full time bread baker.
You will be asked to assist with other baking at times.
Thursday through Monday.
This includes Saturday and Sunday.
5:00am-2:00pm.
Includes holidays and weekends.
Any level of experience accepted.
Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours.
