Part-Time Kitchen Assistant – Small Family Food Business – $18/hr (Burr Ridge)

This is a hands-on kitchen assistant position working directly with the owner. The work is pretty straightforward and includes mixing nuts and ingredients, cutting chocolate, preparing and packaging products, keeping the kitchen and work areas clean, and helping with general food-prep tasks.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, clean, organized, comfortable working in a kitchen, and willing to help wherever needed. You do not need to be a chef or have professional cooking experience — we can teach you everything.
Schedule: About 2–3 days per week to start, approximately 20 hours per week. There is an opportunity for more hours as we grow. We can discuss the specific days and schedule.
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Burr Ridge, IL. You must have reliable transportation and be able to get to Burr Ridge for your scheduled shifts.
We’re a very small family business, so we’re looking for someone dependable who enjoys a relaxed, hands-on environment and would be interested in potentially growing with us.
