If you are an Architect looking to have a greater impact on local communities, Tria is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Staff member to join our Educational and Municipal design team. The right person must be able to work independently as well as part of a team on a variety of project types and sizes.
The position includes:
- Participate in all aspects of Architectural Design from schematic design and space planning to construction documents and construction observation.
- Coordination with Engineering consultants and contractors as well as in-house teams.
- As a mid-size firm everyone in our office is involved in all phases of a project.
- Potential for growth within the firm.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial Architectural experience
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Able to independently perform a variety assignments of moderate size and complexity
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Construction Documents and detailing of commercial masonry buildings
- Experience with SketchUp and Enscape a plus
- Experience with public bid projects a plus
- An eagerness to grow and expand your role within the firm
