Plenty of parking. Located on the south side of Willits just a short drive out Muir mill Road.
Hikers paradise with 60+ acres of land to roam.
We have farm fresh eggs available for tenants.
Pets welcome but not inside the RV. And must get along with other pets on the property.
Chickens , goats dogs and cats so far.
The bathroom situation in the rv is limited to the shower and sink. ( doesn’t have to be used at all)
It’s not hooked up to sewer so there is a full bathroom that will be used. It’s just inside the garage door by the mud/laundry room and pretty private. It’s not used by us as we have two other bathrooms in the house.
One master bathroom with queen bed but has bunk beds that stow over head in the rear of the unit and the couch also folds into a bed for small humans.
$1,000 a month includes the power and water.
You will be responsible to fill the two propane tanks for cooking and the heater.
You will also be responsible for your own garbage as we do not have service up here.
I do my dump runs often and can include yours for the dump fees.
Your laundry will have to be done at a laundromat but can be line dried up here if you wish during the sunny days.
No smoking inside.
