The console and dash parts in the photo come from the 2nd Generation Dodge Durango (and its platform sibling, the Chrysler Aspen):
Center Console Rear Climate & Seat Heater Switch Bezel (Top Piece)
What it is: The rear-passenger facing control faceplate from the back of the center console. It holds the rear climate blower/temp knob and dual heated-seat rocker switches.
Compatible Vehicles:
2004–2009 Dodge Durango (vehicles equipped with rear auxiliary A/C and 2nd-row heated seats)
2007–2009 Chrysler Aspen (shares the exact same center console structure)
Overhead Console with Trip Computer / EVIC (Middle Piece)
What it is: Overhead console unit containing map reading lights, Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC / compass / temp / trip buttons), and rear power liftgate switch cutout.

2004–2009 Dodge Durango
2007–2009 Chrysler Aspen
