If you are looking for a heritage property, this is it; a property that will fill your children’s memories for a lifetime.
Take the time to look at the pictures, they speak for themselves.
Back in May of this year, I walked the property with a Harvester for an unofficial estimate of the timber that could be available for a Harvest. The endeavor was positive, but would have to be investigated further. (primarily, Fir and Redwood.) Property does have other species suitable for firewood throughout.
There is a potential financial return, but keep in mind this would require additional investment upfront.
This property is off grid with great springs that feed all year (even in drought years)
As far as the infrastructure, there are 3) Structures:
1st) The Main 2 story house has kitchen, LR, DR, sunroom, 2 bedrooms down stairs, 1 bath, 1 bedroom attached to an unfinished attic upstairs, which could accommodate additional bedrooms.
The whole interior needs paint and could use (new or used) cabinets in the kitchen.
2nd) The metal Shop sits on concrete foundation/pad.
The shop is approximately 25' x 60' .
It has large double doors at front, with 36"x82” metal security doors on either side at rear of shop.
3rd) My Grandfather's old growth cabin, 2 bedroom, 1 bath , needs restoration, currently on settling foundation blocks; it could use a foundation perimeter wall.

All electricity at this time is provided by a (Gas) 7500-9400 240 Volt Generator
primary to the shop, but could be extended to the other houses.
All heat is provided by firewood that you cut and split and season.
Remember this is off grid and not for the faint of heart.
