Let me introduce "Haunted Harriet" by Tekky Design (2018). It is in a sitting position. When a child approaches to take a candy, it triggers a pop-up action where the witch suddenly leaps up to startle trick or treaters and its LED green eyes light up. When fully extended, it is approximately 55" tall. The audio plays wicked cackling sounds. It's power source is a 6 V DC adapter. There is volume control and a speaker jack on the base. Directions included.
