Compensation:
- $27.50-$30.00/hour starting base pay, depending on experience and demonstrated skills
- Additional $4-$8/hour in performance pay on qualifying projects that meet or beat budget
- Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities to earn base pay increases

Schedule & Flexibility:
- Full-time, year-round employment, with the option to work seasonally and take November-March off
- Monday-Friday schedule, with Saturdays as needed
- Typical workdays range from 7–9 hours
- Typical start time is 7:30 AM with adjustments based on weather and project needs
The Role:
You'll be the lead painter on a small crew, typically working with 2-3 team members with varying levels of experience and skills. You'll have the independence to manage day-to-day work with established company systems, company resources and support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform professional painting work to a high standard
- Lead interior and exterior painting projects from preparation through final walkthrough
- Organize daily work and guide your crew
- Help less-experienced painters improve their skills
- Communicate professionally with clients and project management
- Keep projects safe, organized, efficient, and on schedule
We're looking for someone who:
- Has several years of professional painting experience
- Produces consistently high-quality work at a productive pace
- Can organize and lead a small painting crew
- Takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- Is comfortable learning and following company procedures
