This was built for guineas, thus the tall height - but could be used for chickens or other uses. It is probably 8-10 feet tall, 4 feet deep, 6-7 feet wide…. I can get more precise measurements if f needed. It needs some repair - one wall has some water damage/missing spots at the bottom and another wall is thin paneling and needs to be reinforced or replaced. Frame is strong. Metal roof, inside has roosting areas.
Includes a run chicken automatic coop door - I’ve tried several brands and this is the only kind I will use now. Works great - you can set a time for it to open and close, or it will open automatically at daylight and close automatically once it’s dark. This automatic door alone cost over $100.
You will need to have a way to load and haul it.
Located about 10 minutes north of Willard.
