Responsibilities
• Perform general residential remodeling and renovation work
• Assist with demolition and preparation
• Framing and drywall installation and repair
• Flooring installation
• Painting and finishing
• Door, trim, and molding installation
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Assist with job-site cleanup and material handling
• Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Skills
• Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of residential construction
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
