why does someone keep leaving cigar tips and orange ear buds on my car 1

I park my 2015 white Subaru outback on W110th street between Clifton Blvd and Lake Ave and for the last 6-9 months someone has been very consistently placing orange ear buds and plastic cigar tips filter tips on my wiper blades and next to my driver side door. Does anyone have any clue for me what this means? Is it just to try and intimidate me into not parking there?
