This agreement is for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath property in the Waco area. The tenant agrees to perform general maintenance and repairs on the premises, and other houses that we have and work around Waco area which includes, but is not limited to, window repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and other property upkeep.
Compensation for the rent will be determined monthly based on the scope of work performed. In months with significant maintenance, the work will cover the full rent, while months with less work will require the tenant to cover the difference.
